#### How to work with us

**Project based**

Our project-based engagements on our Core, Accelerator, and OS packs are designed for high-stakes inflection points where “good enough” is no longer an option. Whether you’re launching a new venture, outgrowing your original story, or preparing for a massive scale-up, our project commissioning model provides a focused, deep-dive intervention. We enter your business with a clear mandate: to build the structural brand integrity required to win the next phase of your journey.

**Brand on subscription**

For startups, the price tag of a world-class brand is often a barrier to the very credibility they need to succeed. Our Brand on Subscription flips the model. We build, launch, and manage your brand for a flat monthly fee over a 24 or 36 month term. You get a Tier-1 brand system and an experienced creative team in your corner from day one, without the heavy capital outlay. At the end of the term, we transfer ownership of the brand to you and switch into a project billing engagement.

**Consulting fees**

Built for our operators who need sharper thinking at the moments that matter. When decisions carry risk, visibility or long-term consequence, we step in to provide clarity, challenge and direction.

We work directly with founders, executives and boards to pressure-test positioning, refine narrative, guide portfolio decisions and resolve brand questions before they become expensive problems. This is senior, hands-on thinking. Short engagements with high leverage.

From pre-investment due diligence and growth planning to brand architecture, go-to-market strategy and governance, our role is to bring structure and judgement to complex situations. Clear thinking, plainly delivered, with commercial outcomes front of mind.

**Venture studio**

Maker Street Labs is our most committed alignment model. We move past the traditional fee-for-service relationship to become a dedicated stakeholder in your success. By trading our intellect and capability for equity, we remove the capital friction of building a Tier-1 brand while ensuring our incentives are permanently tied to your cap table. Our team sits inside your organisation to provide board-level brand governance and strategic oversight at the most critical stages in business.
