Brand strategy defines what you stand for, who you’re talking to, where you sit in the market, and what you say. Brand identity is the visual and verbal expression of that – logo, colour, typography, tone, and every touchpoint. One without the other is either a document no one uses or a logo with nothing behind it. We do both. **We're early stage. Is it too soon to invest in brand?** No. It’s the most common mistake we see. Founders assume brand is something you sort after product-market fit. But the brand decisions you make at day one – your name, your positioning, your visual language – shape how the market perceives you long before you’re ready to correct them. Getting it right early is almost always cheaper than fixing it later. **We already have a brand. Do we need to start from scratch?** Rarely. Most scaleups don’t need a blank page – they need a strategic reset. We audit what exists, identify what’s working, and rebuild from there with precision. Starting from scratch is sometimes the right call, but it’s never the default. **How long does a project take?** Depends on the scope. A Brand Sprint can be completed in a single session. A full Brand Core engagement typically runs from a few weeks to months. Larger Brand OS projects are scoped individually. We move at startup speed – which means we don’t pad timelines to justify fees. **What does it cost?** We have three core engagement tiers and a low-commitment, low cost Brand Sprint product. Our primary products are our Brand Core, Brand Accelerator and Brand OS packs with our pricing starting from $8,250. The right fit depends on where you are and what you’re trying to solve. The best starting point is a conversation. **Do you work with companies outside of Brisbane?** Yes. Our team is mostly Brisbane-based but we work with founders and teams anywhere in the world. Most of our clients are on the east coast in Brisbane, Sydney, or Melbourne. Our studio and processes run remotely without losing anything in the output. **How do we know if we're the right fit?** We work best with founders who take brand seriously – not as decoration, but as a strategic asset. If you’re looking for a cheap logo, we’re not it. If you’re building something that matters and want a brand to match, we probably are. **What is a Brand Sprint?** A half-day working session that produces a positioning statement, brand strategy brief, messaging framework, and competitive landscape.
