We’re a branding agency at 22 Ross Street, Newstead, Brisbane QLD 4006. We handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. **What we collect** **What you send us.** When you fill in a form on this site we collect what you enter: your name and email address and, depending on the form, your company name, phone number and message. We also keep the emails and call notes that come from getting in touch with us directly. **Client information.** If you work with us, we hold the contact, billing and project details we need to run the job. **How you use the site.** We use cookies and similar tools to see which pages are visited, how people find us and whether our ads are working. This covers things like your approximate location, device, browser, the pages you view and the site that sent you here. It doesn’t tell us who you are. We don’t ask for sensitive information, and we’d ask you not to send it to us. **How we use it** To reply to your enquiry and send you what you asked for, such as a branding pack. To deliver, invoice and manage client work. To send you our newsletter if you’ve subscribed (every email has an unsubscribe link). To understand and improve our website and our advertising. And to meet our legal and tax obligations. We don’t sell or rent your personal information to anyone. **Cookies, analytics and advertising** We use Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion tracking. These set cookies so we can measure visits and see when an ad led to an enquiry. Google handles this data under its own privacy policy. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, opt out of Google Analytics with [Google’s opt-out add-on](https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout), and manage ad personalisation in [My Ad Centre](https://myadcenter.google.com/). The site still works without cookies. **Who we share it with** We only share personal information with the service providers that help us run the business, such as our website host, Cloudflare (security and site speed), Google (analytics, advertising and email) and our accounting and project management software. We also share it with professional advisers, or with authorities where the law requires us to. Some of these providers store data outside Australia, including in the United States. We choose providers that protect personal information to a standard comparable with the Australian Privacy Principles. **Keeping it safe** We store information on secure, access-controlled systems. We keep it only for as long as we need it for the purposes above or as the law requires, then delete or de-identify it. **Seeing or correcting your information** You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We may need to confirm who you are first. **Complaints** If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, contact us first and we’ll do our best to sort it out.
